How do i connect my laptop to my tv without a hdmi lead

my laptop has not got a hdmi connection .how can i connect it to my tv which has got a hdmi conection.

Your laptop may have a VGA (15-pin D-Sub) and/or an S-Video output. Use either of these, if your TV has them: VGA would be preferred.
