How do I connect/play my Droidbox through Sony Surround system?

Hi all, wonder if you can help, I'm having trouble trying to connect my T8-S droid box through my Sony DAV DZ230 surround sound system. I have a Samsung TV LE400R88BD . Thanks in advance

Specs on the Sony show one analog input on the front. Can't find info on the TV.
If the TV has a headphone out or line level analog audio out then that connection is all you need.
If the TV has optical audio out you will need a DAC to convert that to analog.
If the TV has no audio outputs then you can get the audio directly from the box. If it doesn't have av out then you will need an HDMI audio extractor.
