You can't connect an HDMI ARC audio extractor to the PS4.
If your TV has an HDMI-ARC input then you could connect it to that input and turn the ARC on in the TV menu.
Your HTS has an optical audio input so if your TV has an optical audio output then use that. It will give you sound from the PS4 (connect with HDMI to TV).
If the TV has an analog audio or headphone output you could use that but won't get digital surround sound.
You could use an HDMI input selector with audio extraction to provide an optical audio output from the PS4.
