You need the thinest sting you can find.A fishing line can do it.Tie it to both his legs and arms, and balance.
Hmm...The more I look at it the more photoshoped it looks like he had a green screen setup behind these figures.I got it.
1- He got sting and wire it up to the figures.
2-He put a green screen behind the figures.
3-He Photoshoped the Stings out of the picture.
4-He Applyed a background of a ring.(Ring= boxing ring)
5-Gave everthing a slight blur.

It's not any green screen use. Probably just filters and painting over a photo with some manipulation. The odd blurring especially noticeable around the hands shows sloppy mask work. Can you contact the person? He could tell you what he did.

Still it could be done with a green screen.

Can you get him to show you the original photo? There's no simple tut to show you. There are a few different things he did and it's a bit complex and time consuming so is why he's probably not saying much.

Probably easiest would be first to mask out the background to blur it.

Then he might have just used this filter. But he could have used others to get the effect he had.

Then probably just an adjustment layer to help with color.

After some changes i got this which is pretty AMAZING!

Just needs some contrast and increase brightness to be a clone of the original one 😉
