How do I enable 2 heasdsets at the same time but one is with the usb port and the other is different

I have see n how to enable 2 headsets at the same time but they had the same type of port ,I have a usb port and another type of port

have you tried the program virtual audio cable? that allows quite a bit of customization in terms of what sound is output where.
