Need to factory reset my Toshiba laptop cuz I don't know the Windows Vista password

You would read the owners manual for the factory reset procedure and follow it normally but these days a google search would probably turn up a youtube of it.

Usually Toshiba can be reset by pressing F8 on bootup, selecting the option "Repair my Computer" and selecting Toshiba Recovery manager.

if you want to factory reset ! just wipe all the data and install a new os and it will no longer ask you passwords
