how do i find a laptop/notebook easy on the eyes especially for shows and movies?

Need a display sharp for watching movies as found my 6 year old 9" too squinty and a new leading brand 15 inch display too fuzzy. Am assuming i need at least 13 inch for vision as 71 years old but no more than 15 inch as must fit into my backpack for travel.

Well, there is such a variety of notebooks with a good display, it is very hard to name one.
However, I can give you a advice, do not buy it online. Go to a good old store, see through a variety of models in normal light and pick one which you feel most comfortable with. Laptop display and sound output are very important parameters that vary from person to person widely.
