how do I find out if my LG-P930 phone has internal memory for pics

I got a replacement phone and I know nothing about it, but when I tried to take a picture with it it said to put an sd card in it so I did and then when I tried to take a picture with it again it said it was to low on internal memory. Does any one know why?

Go into Settings app, then Storage and check there. How large is your SD card? Is there anything on it?
