How do I fix my android LG cell phone when the screen is black and in the top left corner says error code reboot verification

What were you trying to do exactly when this happened?

I dropped it but it is only black

Well then that is a whole other story. Could be a loose connection to the screen. Could have broken the screen (internally). Could have also damaged something else. Nothing you could easily fix yourself. I would suggest taking it to a tech to have it looked at.
