How do I fix my Beat's Studio 2's?

I can only hear out one ear and this really saddens me because I got this pair off a warranty I got with my first pair. And my first pair had the same issue, I tried messing with my configuration settings, flipping the cable backwards, pressing the side and nothing worked. Only close I got was messing with the effected earcup (the right side where the cable doesnt go into). So I figured it wasnt an issue with the cord unless someone thinks otherwise.

Very likely a loose connection, seems like this issue happens with them every so often as there are several posts about it.
