Solved! How do I fix scolling up/down holding down LMB?

Basically when I scroll with an external mouse (usb connected), the LMB is held down and selects everything. I have updated drivers, checked settings etc. The only way to disable the left click is to scroll again. Batteries are fresh so I honestly don't know what could be causing it.

If more than one mouse is doing this, chances are you have a stuck key or touchpad issue.
