If it is stopping at a certain percentage, then your system is having problems. Possibly hard drive problems.

You would have to scan the drive to make sure that isn't the issue, or if it is, see if it can be repaired. If not, then you would need to replace the drive.

Now if it is due to a virus or malware on the computer, then you would have to remove that first.
