how do I get my text messages from my alcatel safelink phone to my windows 7 pc

PLEASE HELP

I have an ALCATEL A250G phone, it is very important that I get all my text messages and voice from this phone to my pc. Have some messages that were sent to me that I need to get to the proper authorities with dates, time, and phone number as they appear on the device that they were sent from, can not find a file or a way to do this. once again someone please help with this matter.

Why not show the authorities the actual phone with the messages? Any text transcript can be edited and is not really good evidence of anything.
