How do I get my Verizon LG v off safe mode

How do I get a Verizon LG v something out of safe mode I have tried turning my phone off and it still starts up in safe mode. I can't even get my games to play. Please help

Did something get installed right before this happened? If yes, and you can get to the application manager, uninstall it. You can also do a factory reset to wipe the phone to new state, just make sure you have a backup of your files on the local storage (SD card won't be touched and you can remove it before doing the reset).
