How do I get Office back after installing a Windows 8?

I upgraded my windows from Vista to 8. My Office 2007 version is on a backup file but I don't know how to reactivate since the upgrade. I have the product key and tried to re-download it and I get the message " The Office product key provided is already associated with another user on this site. Please log in with the user information originally used with this product key"

Nor, do I now how to transfer all of my old programs, drivers and files to the new OS.

where are you trying to download from? and where did you bought the office from?
