how do i have my razer kraken pro v2 work on my xbox one?

so when i put it on my chromebook i can hear audio from it then when i try doing the same thing on my xbox one controller and it doesn't work at all i can't hear the game or hear my voice from the mic and i need help how to fix it is there something i'm doing wrong?

If you look at the site about system compatibility, there is a note "*Xbox One Stereo Adapter may be required, purchased separately" Did you read the manual and check on their support site?

I bought one 2 hours ago and It was a plug and play. Try going to your Xbox sound settings. I did take off the splitter/adapter part and went right into the controller.
