How Do I Improve Playing on a Mechanical Keyboard

Ive recently bought a Corsair K65, been using it for about a week (not that much since im at school most of the time). And I just can not get used to the big keys because I have always used the laptop keyboard. Now, I want to buy a 144hz monitor (because my laptop only has 60) and with a monitor, I gotta have an external keyboard.

So i bought the Corsair K65 (Cherry MX Speed), and because of the keys on this, unlike on a laptop, theyre very big (like tall keycaps) and I just cant seem to get used to it, well maybe because ive only been using it for about 1 hour everyday, but im concerned if I will ever adapt to this type of keyboard.

Do you guys have any advice for me to get better at using the K65?

Get better through repetition. Just train yourself to be more comfortable with the spacing.

The same way you learned any skill thru life. Do it over and over and over, soon it becomes second nature. Just need to develop some muscle memory
