How Do I Install More Memory On Acer Aspire E 15?

So I got the Acer Aspire E 15 and I compared it to my last PC and this laptop destroys my computer stats. Except, the ram. So I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get more ram on this laptop because there's a lot of screws. So if someone could give me a detailed explanation on how to install more ram?
