How do i lower my p c pings

Hello,
I am confused!!!!! I play a game called Battle Pirates and have recently started having bad game issues .. Lagging, glitching like crazy. Kixeye who re the developers tell me my ping rate is way too high and this is the issue.. What do I o? (Based in u.k.)

The game server is set by kixeye I imagine. I can play direct through their website to thru Facebook.

had you run internet speed test on your connection? could be your ISP issue.

I will do that tomorrow. Snuggled in bed on my iPad at moment.. Listening to rain!!!! Hope I can get it sorted and understand this ping thing!!!
