How do I remove the Shoppilation virus?

There's a virus called Shoppilation on my computer and whenever I try to uninstall in control panel it just says "Plese close your browser and try again" (yes, plese, not please haha). My browser, or any other program isn't opened. I have uninstalled the shoppilation extensions on chrome. I can't find any shoppilation folder or file when I search or check my drives. How do I remove this virus?

Try removing it manually: go into C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) and find the Shoppilation file folder and delete it. If it still says 'being used in another program' or 'Please close your browser and try again' or something like that, then try looking in Processes in task manager and look for your browser and end the process and then try deleting the file folder again.
