how do I restart my computer after factory reset?

I restored my computer back to factory settings and now windows starts to load but then an error occurs and tells me to restart. Same message keeps coming up. Gateway.

If you were running Windows 10, then you will not need to activate it, as Windows 10 activates by identifying the hardware it was initially installed on.
