how do i retrieve deleted pictures on android cell phone

I deleted sum videos n pics off my coolpad android cell phone n need to know how or if i can retrieve them.

Once you delete a file it is gone unless you had a back up dropbox or something similar.

If the picture located on internal memory, You need root. Google that if don't know what is that.
then after you rooted, download an app called "Undelete for root users" it will help you out.

If your picture on Sd Card, plug it in to PC and use Recuva or similar to recover
