How do I switch my number from one phone to another if I bought from someone an I don't have anyway to contact them so Sprint

My phone ragdy need to switch phones but have no way to get in contact with the person for account info

If the phone is unlocked, and is the same type of phone (CDMA) then you shouldn't need to contact the person you got it from.

Now if the phone is locked, then you will have to find a way to get in touch with the person who sold it to you, if they were even the actual owner.
