how do I switch the keyboard from letters how do I switch the keyboard from numbers to letters for wifi

When I go on to my p196 tablet to enter the wifi passcode it comes up with only a number pad I also need to answer letters. How do I do so

There should be a 'key' on the keyboard that shows a "?12" key (without the quotes) or something similar to that. Tap that to get to the numbers. Then when you are on the numbers keyboard, you can tap the "ABC" key (again without the quotes) to get back to the regular keyboard.
