1) if you have the webcam then take the picture by the cam., and post it.

2)if you don't have the webcam, take the picture in front of the mirror using a digital camera then download to computer, and post it.

If you have a camera, take a picture of yourself. A mirror should work well.
Connect your camera to your computer via USB or by using an SD card reader.
Browse for the photo, go to the website you want to upload it to, and upload it!
