How do I transfer pictures from my razor phone to my pc withoput a cord or being able to access the menu button?

I found my old razor phone from 2010 I was wanting to get pictures off it to my pc but when I charge the phone and turn it on, it asks for me to insert a sim that I do not have and I do not have a cable to be able to plug it into my pc?

If you can't get past the SIM message at all, you need to get a cable to try to get to the storage. If the phone has a storage card you should be able to just remove that and get to any files on that card.
