How Do I Understand Hardware Monitor?

Hello all,

I am trying to test my computer temps using HardWare Monitor, and I have two questions:

1) Which stat goes to which computer part? They have some very confusing names.
2) What is the max temp for CPU (assuming CPU Socket temp) and Package (Assuming core temp)?

Hardware Monitor is not a very good utility to use for measuring the CPU temps. You should download Real Temp which is much easier to understand and is also more accurate.
