How do I unlock my phone due to error 101 on my zte obsedian ?

My phone battery was over heating.So I took it out to cool off and then when I put the battery back in, this message flashes up. I need my phone
 
You would need to call your carrier/service provider, or the phones manufacturer for help with it.
