How do I upgrade my Toshiba Satellite E45t-A4300 processor?

I have recently bought Counter Strike Global Offensive on Steam. I am frustrated at the fact that it has been crashing. At first I updated my driver and it delayed crashes until about 30 minutes of playing the game. I realize now that I will have to upgrade the process. The question is how.

Third, then you find out if any of those will actually help the issue
