how do iimport photos from my galaxsy ace 2 to my windows 10 pc

I am trying to import photos from my galaxy ace2 into my pc with a usb cable I contacted Samsung live chat and they said they had fixed the problem but they haven`t?

I assume you have Samsung KIES installed ... connect the ace to the pc via the miniusb - usb cable.

Pics should be in the DCM folder, or if you have a micros-usb card under that in the dcm folder.

Copy them across to a directory on your desktop.
