How do you connect pre amp sub out rca Jack to negative and positive speaker wire subwoofer

Is the subwoofer powered? If passive, it would not work.
I'm asking cause usually active subwoofers come with a coaxial connector.

Can we use mic input?That speaker only have mic input only. connect to pre amp sub out.
