How does the amd radeon r7 m260dx work?

I see this graphic card is very rare, for exampe I watched in some pages that instead of said me that it is a amd radeon r7 m260dx they said me is a radeon r5 m230. Also I saw some pages said it isn't a dual graphic card and anothers said the opposite. I found pages that compare it with a nvidia geforce 840m and anothers said it's below. I want to know too if it's compatible with directx 12.
