How I could get an operating system I did factory reset but it shows press ctrl +alt +del but not working

I did restore factory settings then after it shows me an operating system wasn't found press ctrl +alt +del to restart but not working how I solve my laptop satellite c655

When you factory reset, it will typically clean the entire hard drive, and that includes the OS partition. The motherboard will probably still have the OS imbedded, but you'll probably have to get an ISO thumb-drive or a install disk to get a new partition on your HDD.
