How is this for a TV..

Today i came across a 32" AOC display which can be used as a TV cum monitor.. At 500$ incl .VAT, the deal sounded good to me.. But as habit, i needed to dig out some info about the display before purchasing.. For the sake of it, i can not find any reviews associated with it.. Am providing the link to the display though.. My primary use with it is for TV purpose with secondary use being playstation 2 gaming..

P.S. - Our local cable here provides SD (standard definition) only..

AOC is OK for a low end monitor, but you can find 32" CRT TVs in the second hand store for a lot less money.

I too thought so after so many days of fooling around.. Honestly, i arrived at the thread to lock it as no particular answers were there.. Much thanks to you.. I might settle up for the CRT or save cash for upgrading to some better LCD.. Any idea on how PS 2 gaming feels on a CRT as compared to LCD..??

I hate to mention this but,
CRT has better picture quality, especially if it's a Sony.
