how many movies can be viewed by smartshare from my laptop

i have over 7000 movies on my hard drives that are connected to my laptop and i have set up to be able to view them all but not all folders come up. i have reinstalled smartshare several times but it's always the same i can only view 5694 movies, i would like to know what the limit is for viewing
