How much is it worth?

Hi all,

Looking to sell my laptop on ebay, and have been watching ebay for a bit to see prices but not much seems to crop up.
There are quite a few for repairs/damaged on there which seem to fetch £100+ which surprised me.

It's an Acer Aspire 8930g

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.00GHz
4GB RAM
32-bit
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS (Dedicated graphics memory 512 MB, Shared system memory 1278 MB)
320GB HDD

Good condition (still got the plastic on the lid!), charger fully functional etc
2 years old.

Any ideas of how much it's now worth?

It's cheaper to grab a parts spare than to buy new hardware and pay for the labor.

Is the battery also 2 years old?
Probably substantially less than the cost of a new laptop like the $620 Lenovo IdeaPad Z565 Turion II Dual-Core P540(2.4GHz)CPU 15.6" 1366x768 LCD & Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics, 4GB RAM 500GB HDD and a 1 year warranty.

Mfg date: 29/08/2008 says on the bottom, so a little over 2 years - and yes the battery is the same age.

Any more price opinions? Haven't seen any similar ones for sale, only ones for repairs.

Everything is still fully functional.

I will test it now. What should I do for the test? Browse, watch a movie or leave it on the desktop background?

Browse with wireless is the most 'average' use.
If you're in the mood to watch a movie you could do that too.
Actually, you could just start one and walk away.
