How much should I sell my gaming laptop for?

Tough one... Without knowing which model you have, it's not easy to answer. On spec alone:

It's used, so that's going to hit it pretty hard.

Refurb options are available from sites like NewEgg for $600, which at least nets you a little bit of a warranty.

$700 for new (without the SSD though)

So, you're probably looking at $500-$600 if you can market it well and it's in good shape.

Should be an "easy" $450-$500.

Hard to say. To the right buyer, probably.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news....

But, considering what's available new, or refurb from a retailer with at least a short warranty...
I can't imagine too many people wanting to pay >70% of the price new AND, with a refurb option for $600 it's even tougher.

If it were me, I would only look to pay $400 or so but for someone who really wants it, should pay a little more.

I'd maybe set your expectations that you'd accept $450* and anything you can get above that is a bonus.

*If $450 is too low for you..... you're likely going to be disappointed. The longer you sit on it, the harder it'll be to sell too.
