Solved! how ro get help from webshots

The Webshots app on my Samsung S6 phone will not work....get error message:
(-1001). I have emailed the Support site and they will not answer. I have been a Premium member for years and don't know how to get them to help me.

Also don't know if I still have Premium and no way to check.

Any help would be appreciated

Not sure that that is Samsung's responsibility per se.

Could be that the product has faltered and, as often the case, those using such apps are left adrift....
