How safe/risky would it be to use this charger ?

My original LG G5 charger cable got damaged quickly, it also did not charge as expected, frequently notifying device is not charging fast.

Many brands/chargers are not avaliable in my country, I found this GMC charger:

How safe/risky could it be to use that with my LG G5 ?

I actually ordered that one and my LG G5 didn't even recognize it probably more than half the time I tried and it never allowed for data transfer over the cable. I think I will order a good charger internationally, any recommendations ?
