how send app to sd card if my phone is rooted

even though my phone is rooted I can't send apps to sd card please help so give me a better solution

Make sure USB Debugging is enabled in Developer Options, and connect it to a Windows PC or laptop. Download and install Android Commander and see if that identifies the machine and allows you to reinstall on to the external SD Card.
