Hi, sorry your having this issue.
Would you be able to tell us the motherboard model?
If not you can use Command Prompt to find it:
-Search CMD in your windows search bar then right click it and click run as Administrator
-The type/copy into CMD 'wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version,serialnumber' (without the quotation marks)
-It will then display your brand, model, serial number and current version.
Once we have the name we can then look for the chipset driver which is a driver that hold all the basic drivers such as for all the IO ports.
