how to block your number sim

Someone is using my number before he/she's trying to contact all my save phone book there how can I block my number I still have my puk1 and puk2 with me

Only your Service Provider can do that and you should have notified them as soon as the phone went missing. You're responsble to them for the cost of any calls the finder/thief is making every moment you delay.
