One thread on the same subject would have been sufficient!
We won't help with password issues because we can't see any proof of ownership. A factory reset that failed to remove a password means it was a root based, strong password for the best of reasons.
The fact that you don't know it shows it isn't your's so put it back where you found it - the owner might want it back.
