If you are the type that sends tons of emails from your mobile device, there may come a time when you have to change your email signature. You may have a name change, new job title, or just feel like changing things up. Whatever the reason may be, changing your email signature is easy. You can even change email signatures for different accounts. You can follow the steps below to change yours.
Step 1: On your Home screen, tap Settings.
Step 2: Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. From the accounts listed, choose the one that you want to work with. You may have multiple email accounts.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap Signature.
Step 4: You can then go in and change your email signature. Type in what you want to appear at the bottom of any email that you send.
For those with more than one email account, you have the option of changing one, two, or all of your email signatures at the same time. You can set the same email signature for all of your email accounts. You can also have each individual account have its own custom email signature. It’s up to you! Just follow the procedure above and changing email signatures on your mobile device is a breeze. Setting your own personalized email signature will look much better than the customary “Sent from my mobile device” that your recipients receive.
