how to change os from japanese to english on sony duo 11

Hello!
I have purchased the Sony Duo 11 in Japan. Everything is in Japanese.
I have tried following the instructions on other posts but because of the funny layout of the os on the tablet I can't follow the instructions. For example there is no "start" key.
please bear in mind everything is in Japanese so I cant follow instructions like "go to the start button then go to control panel". I do not know where these button are on the layout.

will it be easier to get someone to install a whole new English version?


I can get up to the point where there is a "world" icon.wheni press on this there is 2 options. One already says English next to it. I don't understand anything else on th page.

Other than that I have no idea. I suppose I would get a hold of Mircorsoft support to see if its possible.

Thank you so much for your help!!! This was perfect! It helped a lot but I was still unable to get it back to English for some reason so I went back to a branch of the store to get the to help me. I bought this on Tokyo and did not realise this store had many branches. When I went for a walk I saw a branch here in Hiroshima and quickly took my tablet\laptop in. They had a few issues as well but we got there in the end!! I think the problem was that I didn't download the language pack properly.
