i did it a flash sad to see others having issues, mind u i wasn't prompted to change it 🙁

I wasn't prompted either. To be fair, it wasn't very intuitive to find and that reset password splash page wasn't there yesterday.

I'm guessing the average reader at Tom's could have figured this out on their own. Those that can't figure it out aren't likely to frequent a computer enthusiasts website.

What I don't like about this whole thing is the way ebay dance around the detail of how much data was compromised, trying to play down the whole thing to the majority of their users who do not frequent tech news sites...
