Have the TCL P605 Roku TV, and can't figure out how to access the USB input.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to play a DVD from a portable DVD player that has a USB3 output into my TCL P605. Thoughts?

Is the P605 a TV? if then furgitaboutit. I pontificate TV USB ports are limited utility port. U expect to be able to do what a Pc USB port can, sorry. My 2018 TCL USB port can only display picture in 3 in png/jpg/gif and that's all it can do. Play video, optical disc? HA!
