You don't clear a SIM card. That is the card that comes from the carrier/service provider that gives you service. Allows you to make calls, text, data, etc.

If the SIM isn't working, you need to contact the carrier/service provider directly and they will either help you resolve the problem or get you a new SIM.

Actually, many phones allow you to save contacts to the SIM for an easy way of migrating them to a new phone, and you can delete them from there too. Only downside to saving them there is you can only have name & number, no other info.

On your phone, you need to switch to SIM card for contacts on the display, then use options to edit or delete.

Or buy a SIM reader and delete them with that.

Ahhhh, I was just referring to the card it self as a whole. Which you wouldn't want to clear. But yes you are right. Personally I am not a fan of contacts on a SIM, so I forget it is there.
