Hey everyone, i am in the process of upgrading a client's computer, its a 2010 - 2011 toshiba satellite L650. I have upgraded the RAM no problem. Upon preparing to install clone of old system, i noticed the sector size was different on the old and new drive (512 on the old and 4096 on the new). However my client needs this upgrade; I was able to move the image to an external drive, but am now unsure as to how i can get the image onto the new drive as the source and destination sector sizes are different.

PLEASE HELP AND PLEASE TELL ME THERE IS AN ANSWER!!

So when i try to clone from the 512 sector drive to the new 1 TB 4096 sector drive, i get the incompatibility error with Macrium Reflect. Note the destination drive is connected via external SATA USB cable. I even tried copying it to a 500 GB external HDD , and that gives "Clone Failed", with no error or error number. The only other thing i can think of is making the 1 TB the destination while it is connected to the internal SATA connector and boot from the source drive externally. Any thoughts?
