How to connect Harmon kardon speakers to a Sony Bravia

If your TV has analog audio outputs (RCA jacks) or a headphone output (mini jack) and the speakers have analog audio input (usually mini jack) then you just need the right cable. If the TV has optical audio out and the speakers do not then you will need a DAC like this one:

If you don't have any audio outs on the TV then you will have to connect them directly to your sources.
